Refund policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy on eligible products.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from the delivery address. After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

Products purchased during sales, special offers, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
