Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

The estimated delivery time is between 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email to help customers track their shipment.

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, our support team will contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or initiate a refund.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Any additional charges such as COD fees will be shown before order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of placing the order
